Since 2004 Leap has always strived to show how design can be a catalyst for environmental and social change on all levels across all sectors, local to global. After all, 80 per cent of environmental impact is determined at the design stage.

Becoming a B Corp felt to us like joining a community of like-minded positive deviants doing business for good and creating positive futures while sharing how it is being done. We believe this is how all businesses should be.

The B Corp movement is a community of over 4,000 businesses across 75 countries that are committed to using business as a force for good and balancing purpose with profit. The B Corp vision is that companies will one day not only become the best in the world at what they do, but also be the best for the world.

Leap has been a certified B Corp since January 2016 scoring 103pts. In January 2018 we re-certified with 112.4pts making us the highest scoring B Corp certified design agency in the world at the time.

2019 we received Best For The World Changemakers and Workers Awards. This means we were in the top 10% highest scoring B Corps in the world.

Leap has re-certified in 2021 for the third time. After a very rigorous process (the hardest yet) we scored 110.6pts still making us one of the highest scoring design agencies in the world.

One of the most important movements of our lifetime

Being huge advocates of the movement both Matt and Simon have trained as B Leaders to help businesses to go through the B Corp process. Matt also holds the chair role at B Local Cornwall.
