Leap Team Expansion

Leap has expanded its team following an increase in demand from international clients.

Leap has appointed Claire Pryor as studio manager, while Nathan Lance has been promoted to senior designer.

Laurence Ventress has also joined the team permanently after completing an 18-month apprenticeship.

Leap’s creative director and founder, Matt Hocking, said: “Our mission has always been to work local to global, and support businesses to be more sustainable and profitable through good responsible design.

“Thanks to business collaborations we are working on a large number of overseas projects in Europe, North America and Canada as well as our existing regional and national projects that have required us to invest in growing the team.”

Claire joins the team after a 30 year career at Penrose Outdoors where she was the business manager.

Matt said: “Claire’s management experience allows the team to focus on creating awesome, effective and successful design for clients on a local, national and international scale as well as working on our B Corporation certification.”

Laurence Ventress has also joined the team permanently after completing an 18-month apprenticeship.

Matt added: “It is also exciting to see both Nathan and Laurence’s hard work rewarded. “Nathan has built up a strong reputation with our clients for developing great brands, while Laurence is extending the print and digital services we offer.”

The studio will also be looking to add a new senior creative to its team and an additional management role in the next 12 months.
