We’re on the lookout for a logistics legend to cover the role of studio/account manager for 3-4 days a week maternity cover. This is a pivotal role for Leap as we move into our next phase of our vision of change. The role will see you responsible for effective scheduling and management of all design jobs through the studio and supporting the Leap crew. You will be the hub in the connection between our team and clients and keep the studio running smoothly and effectively.

Currently, the position is split on average 50/50 between both roles.

So, what makes you the right studio/account manager for Leap?

  • Ability to plan work effectively into the schedule and allocate resources to each job including budget and workload dispatch
  • Systems thinker and strategy lover (spreadsheet hobbyist?)
  • You are a doer, thoughtful team player and a collaborator
  • You’d work closely and proactively with the Finance and Sustainability Manager on financials, reviewing and monitoring timesheets, breakdown time reports and billable hours, ensuring profitability
  • Operational expertise within agency setting
  • The ability to build ongoing relationships with clients and create client touchpoints for feedback and review
  • Optimistic and effective communicator
  • You get that a sustainable future is key

The Boring Bits:

  • Experience of an agency or creative environment in a similar role
  • Understanding of the design / studio process and project timelines
  • Strong knowledge of budget and workflow management tools
  • Masterful organisation skills and ninja of effective time management and scheduling
  • Great interpersonal skills

The Bonus Bits (but not make or breakers):

  • Account management experience
  • Experience in sustainability and purpose-led business

£28-37K pro-rata dependent on previous experience + Leap perks
