Simon manages and drives Leap’s ethos, ensuring that there is a solid understanding of what a sustainable business is and consistently delivering that understanding throughout our work. His twenty-year career in branding includes five years at one of Manchester’s leading advertising agencies working on brands such as Hilton, First Direct and Asda, before heading down to Cornwall.

Simon has an innate understanding of brand strategy and is a skilled and experienced project manager who believes that strong design language and tone of voice can create powerful change.
